Original Artwork
Growing up on the New Forest instilled a lifelong appreciation for Britain's Wildlife and countryside. I believe we so easily overlook the extraordinary animals we can find simply by stepping into the landscapes that surround us. Through my original artwork, created in soft pastel & pastel pencil, I hope to celebrate our natural heritage and encourage others to pause, look a little closer, and reconnect with the beauty on our own doorstep.

Dama dama - £5,700
Named after the Latin name for the Fallow Deer, Dama dama captures two mature bucks locked in a moment of strength, instinct and quiet intensity during the rut. Created in soft pastel, this original is part of my upcoming collection, The Six Male Deer Species of the UK, celebrating the beauty and individuality of Britain's native deer. Through careful layering and attention to detail, I wanted to capture not only the realism of the scene, but also the atmosphere, movement and character of these magnificent animals.
